★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la seconda volta , dopo la prima esperienza molto divertente e coinvolgente per la festa di nostro figlio, abbiamo prenotato la stanza/struttura, ma al momento della telefonata finale per gli accordi ci viene comunicato che la struttura è stata impegnata ed affittata ad altri senza un avviso, telefonata o mail da parte delle organizzatrici/gestori…. Sinceramente siamo rimasti spiazzati. Esclusa questa “incomprensione “ la struttura merita ed è accogliente.
For the second time, after the first very fun and engaging experience for our son's party, we booked the room / structure, but at the time of the final phone call for the agreements we are informed that the structure has been committed and rented to others without a notice, phone call or email from the organizers / managers…. Honestly, we were blown away. Excluding this "misunderstanding" the structure deserves and is welcoming.
