Mi reco quindi al negozio per consulto e il commesso non ha trovato di meglio che dirmi che l'occhiale era piccolo e - testuali parole - lui non poteva farci niente... Lascio a voi esprimere un parere su cortesia e professionalità ricevuta. Dal canto mio il giorno stesso ho comprato il nuovo paio di occhiali in un altro negozio dove hanno analizzato il vecchio e mi hanno dato una spiegazione anche a riguardo del fastidio percepito da mio figlio dipendente dalla tipologia di lente. Hanno sicuramente perso un cliente. I bought here the first pair of glasses for my son here 3 years ago, who in the meantime grew up and complained about an uneasiness despite the trust ophthalmologist having reconfirmed the same gradation. I then go to the store for consultation and the clerk found nothing better than to tell me that the glasses were small and - textual words - he could not do anything ... I leave you to express an opinion on courtesy and professionalism received. On my part, the same day I bought the new pair of glasses in another store where they analyzed the old and gave me an explanation about the discomfort perceived by my son depending on the type of lens. They definitely lost a customer.

Scelta vasta, come il range di prezzi che mi sono parsi molto onesti. Porto gli occhiali da trent'anni ormai, ne ho cambiati parecchi, ma questa esperienza di acquisto è stata tra le più positive se non la più positiva (a Ferrara sicuramente sta in cima alla lista).
