★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was absolutely amazing. Never had such a good pizza, spaghetti, ravijoly. Friday night it was packed with locals so as east Europeans tourists we did look bit out of order In there but it was best meal in Italy we ever had. For 4 main meals 2big bottles of water and cake we have paint around 50€.

Located in the city center, La Lanterna offers quality cuisine in a local and welcoming atmosphere. Sometimes, you will even find famous Italian characters sitting at the table next to yours. All the dishes are very good but the pizza - in particular the "Carrara" - is something extraordinary. Without exaggerating, you will remember and dream of being able to try its flavor again with lard accompanied by honey on a slice of crispy pizza. In the attached photo of another pizza (the Carrara finished too quickly and I could not take a photo).
