La pizza è ottima , la qualità delle farine usate, la lavorazione e lievitazione si "gustano " e si capisce Eccome ! I piatti tradizionali : agnello, salsicce, trippa e verdure restano l eccellenza . E poi il proprietario è mitico, gentile, esperto, familiare, una persona semplice e onesta, corretta e accogliente. Meritato il successo che si è guadagnato in 40 anni d'attività preparando i cibi che il territorio agricolo di Milena ha sempre offerto ha saputo fare da sempre. Lodi lodi lodi I have known this restaurant for decades and returning is always a pleasure for the qualities that have always distinguished it: simple, traditional cuisine with ancient and qualitative flavors. The pizza is excellent, the quality of the flours used, the processing and leavening are "tasted" and you understand. Traditional dishes: lamb, sausages, tripe and vegetables remain the excellence. And then the owner is mythical, kind, experienced, familiar, a simple and honest person, correct and welcoming. The success he has earned in 40 years of activity by preparing the foods that the agricultural territory of Milena has always offered has always been well deserved. Praise praise praise

La pizza è buona, anche se la scelta del menu non è ampia, è possibile fare delle aggiunte o variazioni a quanto proposto. I prezzi sono adeguati. A bit dated but the owner is friendly and nice, the staff very helpful. The kitchen offers simple but tasty dishes with very generous portions. The pizza is good, even if the menu choice is not wide, it is possible to make additions or variations to what is proposed. Prices are adequate.

Ricotta ancora fumante, tagliere di salumi e formaggi, carpaccio con tartufo d'alba con aggiunto un filo d'olio stupefacente, un assaggio di pizza con impasto leggerissimo e croccante, risotto saporitissimo, cotenna ripiena e, per finire, costolette di agnello di una squisitezza mai provata, il tutto annaffiato con dell'ottimo vino. Avrei dato sei stelle anche per il prezzo onestissimo. Ristorante d'altri tempi. Complimenti I went with a group of friends to this restaurant in Milena, apart from the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, we ate things that are now forgotten. Ricotta still steaming, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, carpaccio with alba truffle with the addition of a drizzle of amazing oil, a taste of pizza with a very light and crunchy dough, very tasty risotto, stuffed rind and, to finish, lamb chops of a delicacy never tried, all washed down with excellent wine. I would have given six stars even for the very honest price. Old-time restaurant. Well done
