Il personale è sembrato, a primo impatto molto cordiale e disponibile, come si è verificato durante la cena.
Appena entrato mi è stato offerto subito un antipasto che è risultato buono e molto casereccio.
Mi ha notevolmente stupito la varietà del menu di pizze presenti a listino, che tra di loro sono molto differenti senza notare nessuna ripetizione giusto per arricchire il menù.
La pizza in particolare, è ben condita e con materie prime di buona qualità. Personalmente ho trovato l'impasto in alcune zone troppo sottile impedendo mi di gustare la pizza con le mani.
Per quanto riguarda il servizio sono rimasto soddisfatto se non per il fatto che andrebbe rimodernato un po il reparto di boccali e bicchieri per birra. Un po troppo usurato e graffiato.
Detto ciò Consiglio il posto, anche perché, secondo le normative vigenti in tema Covid rispettano quanto prescritto.
I entered this pizzeria intrigued by the photos I had seen on the net.
The staff seemed, at first glance, very friendly and helpful, as was the case during dinner.
As soon as I entered I was immediately offered an appetizer which turned out to be good and very homemade.
I was greatly surprised by the variety of the menu of pizzas on the list, which are very different from each other without noticing any repetition just to enrich the menu.
The pizza in particular is well seasoned and with good quality raw materials. Personally I found the dough in some areas too thin, preventing me from enjoying the pizza with my hands.
As for the service, I was satisfied except for the fact that the beer mugs and glasses department needs to be updated a bit. A little too worn and scratched.
Having said that, I recommend the place, also because, according to the regulations in force on Covid, they comply with the requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonissima la pizza soprattutto quella al tegamino. Anche se questa sera non siamo riusciti a mangiarla perché va prenotata. Molto buono anche l'impasto napoletano. In questa pizzeria si respira aria fresca. Il personale è molto giovane e sono tutti molto gentilissimi ed educati. Largo ai giovani finalmente.... non siamo comodissimi perché abitiamo a Bologna ma andiamo sempre volentieri. Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Monica
