★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Grotta è stata una fantastica sorpresa.
In primis la location: pulita, calda ed accogliente. Il fatto di non essere troppo grande rende il tutto più contenuto ed "intimo".
Un plauso all'efficienza del servizio: sabato sera, ristorante pieno. La cameriera, sapendo che avremmo ordinato tutti pizze diverse (eravamo 11), ci avvisa della necessità di pazientare un po' (per sicurezza ordiniamo anche un giro di fritti). Morale della favola, dopo massimo 10 minuti stavamo già tutti mangiando delle fantastiche pizze!
La mia pizza, semplice ma intrigante (bianca, mozzarella, speck in cottura, ed erba cipollina), era veramente gustosa, ottimo impasto né troppo sottile né troppo spesso, e una mescolanza davvero piacevole di sapori ed odori. Discorso simile per i fritti misti (ho adorato le verdure in pastella), magari giusto un filino più abbandonati le porzioni in rapporto ai commensali non sarebbe stato male (ma parliamo davvero di andare a cercare il pelo nell'uovo).
A margine vorrei fare un plauso alla pazienza del personale con uno sbadato come me che, alla richiesta del greenpass, sovrappensiero continuavo a mostrargli quello obsoleto della seconda dose, convinto che fosse quello della terza. Gentilissime e professionali.
Insomma, grazie alla Grotta e al suo staff ho potuto passare un bellissimo compleanno.

P.s. vista la posizione del ristorante, i telefoni prendono poco all'interno, giustamente. È disponibile il Wi-Fi free del locale, ma prende poco.
Ma a meno che stiate aspettando una chiamata o un messaggio di estrema importanza, è bello potersi godere una bella cena senza pensare al telefono. Per cui, a mio avviso, si tratta di un non problema.
 La Grotta was a fantastic surprise.
First of all the location: clean, warm and welcoming. Not being too big makes everything more contained and "intimate".
A praise to the efficiency of the service: Saturday evening, full restaurant. The waitress, knowing that we would all have ordered different pizzas (we were 11), warns us of the need to be patient (for safety we also order a round of fried food). Moral of the story, after a maximum of 10 minutes we were all already eating fantastic pizzas!
My pizza, simple but intriguing (white, mozzarella, speck in cooking, and chives), was really tasty, great dough neither too thin nor too thick, and a really nice mix of flavors and smells. Similar speech for mixed fried foods (I loved the vegetables in batter), maybe just a tad more abandoned the portions in relation to the diners would not have been bad (but we really talk about going nit picking).
On the sidelines I would like to applaud the patience of the staff with a careless person like me who, at the request of the greenpass, thoughtlessly kept showing him the obsolete one of the second dose, convinced that it was that of the third. Very kind and professional.
In short, thanks to the Grotto and its staff I was able to spend a beautiful birthday.
Highly recommended!
P.s. given the location of the restaurant, telephones take little inside, rightly so. The free Wi-Fi of the club is available, but it takes little.
But unless you're expecting a major call or message, it's nice to be able to enjoy a nice dinner without thinking about the phone. So, in my opinion, this is not a problem.
