β β β β β Ho scoperto questo ristorante circa 10 anni fa, quando le grigliate e i piatti tipici (i casoncelli erano il top di gamma!!!) la facevano da padrona. L'ho visto evolversi pian piano nel tempo fino a diventare una pizzeria dove la pizza non si mangia, ma si assapora in tutte le sue sfumature.
Materie prime di altissima qualitΓ , unite all'impegno e all'arte del pizzaiolo che ha saputo creare impasti superbi, che combinati agli ingredienti delle farciture, danno vita ad un'esperienza sensoriale di alto livello.

Quando torno su in Val Seriana ogni occasione è buona per fermarmi a mangiare lì. I prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con la qualità di ciò che viene servito, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, il locale dà un senso di calore e convivialità .
Ci sono affezionata e tornerΓ² ogni qualvolta sarΓ possibile! Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
 I discovered this restaurant about 10 years ago, when grilled and typical dishes (the casoncelli were the top of the range !!!) were the host. I have seen it evolve slowly over time to become a pizzeria where you don't eat pizza, but you can taste it in all its nuances.
Raw materials of the highest quality, combined with the commitment and art of the pizza chef who was able to create superb doughs, which combined with the ingredients of the fillings, give life to a high-level sensory experience.

Special mention for the desserts which are truly special.
When I go back up to Val Seriana every opportunity is good to stop and eat there. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of what is served, the staff is very kind and helpful, the place gives a sense of warmth and conviviality.
I am very fond of it and will come back whenever possible! Congratulations to all the staff.
