★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio indecente, il proprietario afferma il falso dicendo che il cocco non sia un frutto. Inoltre sul bancone dei gelati non sono riportati i gusti e ciò crea un imbarazzo estremo.
A tutto questo aggiungiamo una scortesia disarmante da parte della cassiera che fa' tutto di testa sua mettendo in difficoltà il cliente e alla fine il gelato non è neanche così buono. Siamo sicuri che il nome "La Gioiosa "corrisponda al vero? Perché a mio parere il vero nome dovrebbe essere scortesia ed incompetenza.
 Indecent service, the owner falsely claims that coconut is not a fruit. Also on the ice cream counter there are no tastes and this creates an extreme embarrassment.
To all this we add a disarming rudeness on the part of the cashier who does everything on her own, putting the customer in difficulty and in the end the ice cream is not even so good. Are we sure that the name "La Gioiosa" is true? Because in my opinion the real name should be rudeness and incompetence.

Es wird eine große Auswahl an erstklassigen Produkten angeboten und der Verkauf (mit abgetrennten Kasse) ist perfekt organisiert. Die Portionen sind gewaltig, vor allem, wenn der Segnore selbst die Bedienung an der Theke übernimmt. Wer ein besonders leckeres Eis - bei mega-freundlichem Service - sucht, wird hier garantiert fündig!
This typical Italian ice cream parlor is definitely not to be missed when in Grado. A large selection of first-class products is on offer and sales (with a separate till) are perfectly organized. The portions are huge, especially when the Segnore takes over the service at the counter himself. Anyone looking for a particularly delicious ice cream - with mega-friendly service - is guaranteed to find it here!
