Mi chiedono un acconto su una cassata da 23€ Di 20€ ma che modi sono ? Di cassate nella mia vita ne ho mangiate molte e questa davvero squallida! Senza ricotta ! Pan di Spagna vecchio! Delusissima e bruttissima figura visto che era un regalo!

Ho provato a pagare con la carta ma a quanto pare sotto i 20 euro non l'accettano. Ci sarebbe da mandargli la finanza ma vabbè, passiamo oltre. La mia ragazza tira fuori un pezzo da 50 per pagare e le cassiere iniziano a lamentarsi vocalmente che non hanno il resto e mi invitano ad andare a ritirare i soldi in banca che tanto è vicina. Esperienza e soggetti veramente sgradevoli, che, passati dei mesi, ancora ricordo.

Lo abbiamo conosciuto grazie al pacco di togoodtogo e da lì abbiamo iniziato a frequentarlo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale, rispetto a tante recensioni lette, l'ho trovato alla mano (che è diverso rispetto a scortese). La ricotta è buona e la frittura non l'ho trovata pesante. Personalmente ho trovato la pasticceria mignon un pò sotto tono rispetto al resto dei prodotti.

Prodotti eccezionali, freschi e ricchi di sapore. Il locale è pulito e ben organizzato. La proprietaria gentilissima e sorridente è il valore in più del posto. Consigliatissimo per chi ha voglia di autentici sapori siciliani in Brianza.

Acquistato ieri dei cannoli una cassatina ed altre paste, mi presenta i cannoli con la granella di pistacchio e la scorzetta di arancia solo da una parte, io domando, come mai solo da un lato? Risposta: dall’altro lato c’è un supplemento di 30 cent a cannollo. Pensavo stesse scherzando. Comunque prodotti molto buoni, ma volevo dire ai titolari che in Sicilia non esistono supplementi al cannolo. Mi sa che avete perso un po’ le origini. Buon anno.

We nearly didnt come to this Bakery because of the bad Google reviews. Our experience was very positive. Food Quality: Everything we ate was lovely. Cooked food was very tasty, coffee was amazing, cakes were delicious and we sampled a few. The only thing I didn't like were the ham and cheese pastries but that's personal taste. FRIENDLINESS: From the moment we walked in the young man treated us very courteously and the lady everyone calls grumpy in the review was super lovely to us and spoke excellent English. We were there for one hour, initially when we came in it wasn't busy and everyone was super cool, as soon as more customers got in the lady got a bit stressed as the young staff was moving slowly and started screaming at them. Bottom line I guess this shop is just misunderstood. It's not that they are not friendly they just don't cope well under pressure. My sincere feedback to the shop owner (based on experience managing teams and people) is to: 1. To make a list of what works well and what doesn't, 2. to create a new workflow and remove inefficiencies from the process 3.spend an additional hour or so before it gets busy retraining the staff and explaining calmly what everyone's task is and what are the expectations. 4. not allowing the other staff to work the cash till causes confusions and delays. 5. while the owner makes amazing fresh cakes and is inviting with clients, needs to self develop on managing personal stress, and especially not give feedback to staff in front of customers. 6. if staff gets screamed at, they are more likely to make mistakes. I would like to suggest the sandwich feedback method which delivers a strong message without affecting staff morale" In this tactic, a manager offers a piece of negative feedback “sandwiched" between two positive ones, thus easing the blow of the critique." -
