Siamo andati una sera x l’aperitivo,posto molto bello in mezzo si colli novesi,vino top,.Purtroppo sia il servizio indecente ,è quello che loro ti propinano come aperitivo:3 fette di salame scarse e 4 grissini.una cosa obbrobriosa,mai visto una cosa simile.Alla nostra richiesta di avere almeno un tagliere di formaggi,ci hanno portato una tazzina con dentro della squallida giardiniera con un solo cucchiaino, noi eravamo in 3 .Dopo varie richieste da parte nostra i camerieri direi maleducati e incapaci ci hanno portato qualche pezzo di formaggio senza coltelli x togliere almeno la pelle.Per finire conto salatissimo e proprietario maleducati come i camerieri ,il quale ci ha detto che il loro scopo con il salame è quello difatti bere bottiglie di vino ai clienti.Che dire esperienza da dimenticare la gallina nn merita

Das La Gallina befindet sich im Villa Sparina Resort in Gavi und ist mit einem Michelin-Teller ausgezeichnet. Das Ambiente ist fantastisch. Man kann bei schönem Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Hügel und Weinberge in der direkten Umgebung. Die Terrasse liegt auf der Westseite, so dass man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Ein idyllischer, ruhiger Ort, herrlich! Auch das Essen steht dem in nichts nach. Wir hatten uns für das 4-Gänge-Menü (Traditional Menu, 70 €) entschieden, man konnte bei den einzelnen Gängen immer zwischen 2 Gerichten auswählen. Es schmeckte jeder Gang vorzüglich, dazu das Ambiente, ein schöner romantischer Abend. Zum Menü gibt es auch verschiedene Weinbegleitungen ab 30 €. Wir hatten uns für die Weinbegleitung mit Regionalweinen entschieden. Gavi ist als Region hervorragender Weine bekannt. Das Servicepersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, stets zu Stelle und sprach sehr gut englisch, in Italien keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Rechtzeitige Reservierung wird unbedingt empfohlen, wir haben einige Anläufe gebraucht, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Hotelgäste haben es etwas leichter. Kreditkartenzahlung ist möglich, Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Hotel. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommem.
La Gallina is located in the Villa Sparina Resort in Gavi and has been awarded a Michelin plate. The ambience is fantastic. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the terrace and have a wonderful view of the hills and vineyards in the immediate vicinity. The terrace is on the west side, so that you can watch wonderful sunsets. An idyllic, quiet place, wonderful! The food is in no way inferior to this. We had decided on the 4-course menu (traditional menu, € 70), you could always choose between 2 dishes for the individual courses. Every course was delicious, plus the ambience, a lovely romantic evening. The menu also includes various wine accompaniments from € 30. We decided to go with regional wines. Gavi is known as a region of excellent wines. The service staff was also very friendly, always on hand and spoke very good English, not a matter of course in Italy. Reservations in good time are strongly recommended, it took us a few attempts to get a seat. Hotel guests have it a little easier. Payment by credit card is possible and there is sufficient parking space in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back.

Ho prenotato in questo resort La Gallina un aperitivo, con altre 2 persone, il luogo sulle colline di Novi posto incantevole, prometteva bene, purtroppo però ci siamo subito resi conto dal servizio per niente professionale e dai camerieri, la cui gentilezza non era sicuramente un punto di forza. L'aperitivo consisteva in alcune fette di salame, "due" patatine, accompagnato da due calici di vino con bollicine e un cocktail alla frutta. Dato che non posso mangiare la carne, alla prenotazione avevo richiesto se fosse possibile avere un tagliere di formaggio, che non è mi è mai stato portato, nonostante la ripetizione della richiesta al momento del nostro arrivo. Come se non bastasse, nel momento in cui abbiamo domandato per ulteriore cibo, ci è stata consegnata una miseria tazzina con della giardiniera, con un solo cucchiaino: peccato che noi eravamo in tre. Dopo svariate lamentele, alla fine, siamo riusciti a farci portare il tagliere con i formaggi, non accompagnati da coltelli per poter togliere la buccia. Siamo quindi rimasti molto delusi dal servizio e dal personale del ristorante, perlopiù lo stesso proprietario si è dimostrato sgarbato e scortese nei nostri confronti, dicendo che secondo lui l’aperitivo con due fette di salame andava benissimo e ribadendo che loro lo servono così in modo che ai clienti venga sete e si aprano più bottiglie, in modo da "guadagnarci su" voleva intendere? Ovviamente il conto è risultato salato e senza alcuno sconto, nonostante la pessima esperienza. Il mio pensiero? Non lo consiglio e personalmente non mi recherò mai più in questo ristorante in futuro. Ha deluso completamente le mie aspettative.

Since I cannot eat meat, at the time of booking I had asked if it was possible to have a cheese platter, which was never brought to me, despite the repetition of the request at the time of our arrival. As if that were not enough, when we asked for more food, we were given a miserable cup with a gardener, with only one teaspoon: it was a pity that there were three of us. After several complaints, in the end, we managed to get the chopping board with the cheeses, not accompanied by knives to be able to remove the skin. We were therefore very disappointed with the service and the restaurant staff, mostly the owner himself was rude and rude towards us, saying that according to him the aperitif with two slices of salami was fine and reiterating that they serve it in such a way. that customers get thirsty and open more bottles, so as to "make money" did you mean? Obviously the bill was high and without any discount, despite the bad experience. My thoughts? I do not recommend it and personally I will never go to this restaurant again in the future. It completely disappointed my expectations.

Da Chef alle prime armi posso solo che fare i miei più sentiti complimenti per la professionalità e la qualità di questo ristorante. Personale educato, disponibile e molto efficacente. Si percepisce chiaramente l’amore e la passione dello Chef e dell’intero Staff presente in sala. Piatti ottimi, di qualità, molto studiati, con idee innovative ed abbinamenti particolari! Consiglio vivamente di provare la proposta di degustazione accompagnata dalla selezione di vini offerta dall’azienda
As a novice Chef, I can only offer my warmest compliments for the professionalism and quality of this restaurant. Polite, helpful and very efficient staff. You can clearly perceive the love and passion of the Chef and the entire staff present in the room. Excellent dishes, of quality, much studied, with innovative ideas and particular combinations! I highly recommend trying the tasting proposal accompanied by the selection of wines offered by the company

Truly incredible views and amazing food and service, the atmosphere they've created is rich in character. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The owner Stefano, chef Maiolino and the rest of the staff are all friendly, warm and super accommodating. Made us feel at home.
