Ho prenotato due torte per il compleanno di mia figlia per il 23 febbraio 2020( di domenica). Il sabato mattina sono stato avvisato telefonicamente di provvedere presso altra pasticceria per un improvviso lutto che aveva colpito la famiglia del pasticciere e di ripassare per il ritiro del pagamento che avevo gia' effettuato. Dispiaciuto, porgo le mie condoglianze e provvedo nella stessa mattinata . Nel pomeriggio mi ricontattano e mi comunicano che la pasticceria lavora senza problemi e i miei dolci potevo anche averli. Spiego che avevo provveduto e ripasso il martedi' per rinnovare un nuovo ordine per oggi 3 Marzo ( il mio 60° compleanno)e non ritiro il pagamento precedente ( valeva per il nuovo ordine). Benissimo ,con festa organizzata e parenti a pranzo ,alle 11.30 ( mentre ero per strada per il ritiro)mi telefona la signora addetta alle vendite per comunicarmi che la mia torta per un disguido non era stata preparata ed era possibile ritirarla nel tardo pomeriggio "MA" potevo scegliere tra le tre che aveva in negozio. Ho dovuto accontentarmi ,Purtroppoper non fare una festa senza torta. Per il giorno 11 ( compleanno di mia moglie )ritorno alla serieta' dei pasticcieri nostrani. Good morning Bad experience. Sorry, I offer my condolences and provide for the same morning. In the afternoon they contact me again and they tell me that the pastry shop works without problems and I could also have my desserts. I explain that I had done and reviewed on Tuesday to renew a new order for today March 3 (my 60th birthday) and I do not collect the previous payment (it was valid for the new order). Very well, with organized party and relatives at lunch, at 11.30 (while I was on the way to the collection) the sales lady telephones me to communicate that my cake for a mistake had not been prepared and it was possible to collect it in the late afternoon "BUT "I could choose from the three he had in the shop. Vi é la presenza anche di mignon e dolcetti piccoli secchi, il prezzo é giusto e generoso. Mi è stato detto che erano ancora chiusi e che sarei dovuta passare dopo,ma io già avevo fatto un'ora di macchina. P.s. Le torte sono buonissime! Google timetables updated !!!
