La futura salumi, buon giorno mi permetto di scrivervi ed informarvi che ho notato, dopo avere acquistato un vostro salame che, negli ingredienti del salame e' presente purtroppo anche il glutammato monosodico, proibito da molti produttori di salumi di marche note e meno note da piu' di venti anni. Sarebbe opportuno che nei salami vi limitaste ad aggiungere solo il nitrato di potassio, nitrito di sodio. Se e dico se, come viene citato sul vostro sito che usate solo carne italiana, non serve aggiungere il glutammato dei dadi per brodo per capirci. Buona giornata e spero leggiate questo mio semplice commento.
