★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scoperta, capitato per caso rientrando dal mare. Menù esclusivamente di carne, con una proposta per portata vegana. Scelta dei vini limitata ma vino della casa in bottiglia con ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Interessante l' amatriciana friulana, ottime le carni, mentre la tartare buona anche se la preferisco battuta al coltello. Personale gentile e disponibile, servizio nel complesso buono. Conto corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Calici di benvenuto offerti. Consigliato.
Excellent discovery, happened by chance returning from the sea. Menu exclusively of meat, with a proposal for a vegan course. Limited choice of wines but bottled house wine with excellent value for money. The Friulian amatriciana is interesting, the meats are excellent, while the tartare is good even if I prefer it beaten with a knife. Friendly and helpful staff, overall good service. Correct account for what we ate. Welcome glasses offered. Recommended.

"La Fresca" è un locale caratteristico, sobrio e ben arredato, pulito. Si respira aria del friuli.
È su due livelli, un piano terra e uno interrato (con due sale pranzo e bagni) con tavolini anche all'aperto. Ampio parcheggio in loco. In definitiva una bella location.
Piatti della tradizione friulana con cavallo di battaglia quelli di calamari fritti (su prenotazione).
Non male, pietanze nella norma anche per quanto riguarda vini e birra. Qualità più che sufficiente, buoni i salumi e formaggi, per i primi i cjarsons erano un po' a purea invece che a pasta classica (ma si sa che ci sono varie ricette per comporli) mentre avrei preferito il frico un po' più solido. Per i calamari sono risultati buoni al gusto, non croccantissimi ma non oleosi, buoni! Ho trovato tutto un po' su di sale con sapori decisi, più che sufficiente la costruzione dei piatti che davano un più che sufficiente impatto all'occhio. Il gusto dunque c'e ma a parer mio c'è bisogno di una revisionata a qualcosina.
Per quanto riguarda i dolci si può fare di più, nel complesso sufficienti che non è una bocciatura. Servizio buono, personale disponibile e non invadente.
Consiglio una ammodernizzata ai bagni.
Prezzi non male, vi consiglio di provare i loro prodotti.
Good experience at this restaurant on the outskirts of Udine and precisely in Lauzacco.
"La Fresca" is a characteristic, sober and well furnished, clean place. You can breathe the air of Friuli.
It is on two levels, a ground floor and a basement (with two dining rooms and bathrooms) with tables also outdoors. Ample parking on site. Ultimately a beautiful location.
Traditional Friulian dishes with fried squid dishes (by reservation).
Not bad, dishes in the standard also with regard to wines and beer. More than sufficient quality, good cold cuts and cheeses, for the first the cjarsons were a little puree instead of classic pasta (but we know that there are various recipes to compose them) while I would have preferred the slightly firmer frico. For the squid they were good to taste, not very crunchy but not oily, good! I found everything a little on salt with strong flavors, more than enough the construction of the dishes that gave a more than enough impact to the eye. The taste is therefore there but in my opinion there is a need for a little overhaul.
As for the desserts you can do more, on the whole enough that it is not a rejection. Good service, helpful and unobtrusive staff.
I recommend a modernized bathroom.
Prices not bad, I recommend you try their products.
