★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio fortemente tale azienda ai giovani che come me vogliono farsi la stagione alla raccolta mele. La Franca assume anziani in pensione piuttosto che ragazzi che hanno bisogno di lavoro. Le mele non le ho mai comprate e mai lo farò.
La mia esperienza? Pessima: arrivo qualche tempo prima dell'inizio e lascio recapiti ed informazioni, specificando il fatto che fossi disponibile per tutta la durata della raccolta. Il giorno dopo (venerdì) mi chiamano dicendo che avevano bisogno per quella stessa giornata, ed essendo io non lontana da casa ho dovuto dire di non potere, ma di esserci per tutti gli altri giorni. Mi dicono che allora chiameranno loro, se serve. Lunedì mi chiamano chiedendo la disponibilità per mercoledì della stessa settimana, e dico che va bene. Martedì chiamo per avere conferma dell'impegno comune, ma mi dicono che mi richiameranno loro. E chi li ha più sentiti? In ogni caso, anche se mi avessero chiamata non sarei andata: serietà e professionalità pari a zero e piuttosto che assumere giovani che hanno bisogno di lavorare chiamano pensionati che potrebbero benissimo stare a casa. Dubbi forti sulla legalità dei contratti, ma non dico niente di certo in merito non avendoci poi effettivamente lavorato.
I strongly advise against this company for young people like me who want to do the apple harvest season. La Franca hires retired seniors rather than kids who need work. I never bought apples and never will.
My experience? Very bad: I arrive some time before the start and leave contact details and information, specifying the fact that I was available for the entire duration of the collection. The next day (Friday) they call me saying that they needed for that same day, and since I was not far from home I had to say that I can't, but that I was there for all the other days. They tell me they will call them then, if need be. On Monday they call me asking for availability for Wednesday of the same week, and I say it's okay. Tuesday I call to confirm the common commitment, but they tell me that they will call me back. And who has heard them the most? In any case, even if they had called me I would not have gone: seriousness and professionalism equal to zero and rather than hiring young people who need to work they call retirees who could very well stay at home. Strong doubts about the legality of the contracts, but I do not say anything for sure about it since I have not actually worked on them.
