Sa consigliarti e se ti dice che un fiore reciso durerà almeno due settimane....così sarà :) Mr. Gigi has a beautiful floral atelier, with high quality plants and flowers. He can advise you and if he tells you that a cut flower will last at least two weeks ... so it will be :)

Ho comprato circa un anno fa una bellissima pianta grassa, abbastanza grande (che non è costata poco) e la signora mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi perché si sarebbero occupati loro del rinvaso quando necessario. Ho chiamato 3 volte da inizio settembre (la pianta si sta per ribaltare dal vaso e le temperature iniziano ad abbassarsi) per far effettuare questo lavoro (lavoro che viene pagato eh) ma sfortunatamente non hanno mai tempo. Possibile? Credo che i clienti si debbano assistere sia nella fase di vendita sia dopo e questo non è un buon metodo. Sicuramente le prossime piante non le comprerò più da loro. Peccato Beautiful florist, nothing to say, with plants to say the least amazing. Too bad for the bad post-customer service. I bought about a year ago a beautiful, rather large, succulent plant (which did not come cheap) and the lady told me not to worry because they would take care of the repotting when necessary. I have called 3 times since the beginning of September (the plant is about to overturn from the pot and the temperatures start to fall) to do this job (work that is paid eh) but unfortunately they never have time. Possible? I believe that customers should assist both in the after sales phase and this is not a good method. Surely the next plants I won't buy from them anymore. Sin

Il personale è molto preparato e disponibile a dispensare consigli ed accorgimenti su come prendersi cura delle proprie piante! Se ora ho maturato una grande passione per il “mondo dei fiori”, imparando a conoscerli e curarli con amore, è solo grazie a loro! Lo consiglio vivamente! A store that you can certainly define a jewel, with attention to every detail, and with a wide assortment of plants and original and beautiful flowers! The staff is very prepared and available to give advice and tricks on how to take care of your plants! If now I have developed a great passion for the "world of flowers", learning to know them and treat them with love, it is only thanks to them! I highly recommend it!

Amazing service - they sent me images of the flowers they had in the shop so I could choose and pictures of the finished bouquets. I paid via Paypal. The whole experience was great.
