La camera occupata era parecchio spaziosa dotata di ampie finestre ed un bagno con tutte le comodità necessarie; arredata con gusto e raffinatezza. Ma su tutto vince il garbo e la gentilezza della sig.ra Irene. E' proprio lei che al mattino si dedica alla preparazione di deliziosissime torte da offrire per colazione. La struttura si trova in una zona strategica, nella tranquillità di un paesino appena fuori dalla confusione turistica, ma al contempo molto vicino a Otranto e a Porto Badisco, solo per citare due delle bellezze di tutto un litorale da vivere e scoprire. Il parcheggio si trova ai lati della struttura, sulla strada, ma molto comodo e tranquillo. La struttura è un caseggiato che un tempo era destinato alla produzione tessile. I gestori hanno fatto un meraviglioso lavoro di restauro, adottando uno stile moderno, mantenendo però la particolare tradizione dello stabile, rendendo la storia del complesso il concetto chiave del loro progetto. Gli interni sono curati, ricercati per ottenere un giusto compromesso tra modernità, originalità e comodità. Le camere sono accoglienti, molto pulite e risalta la cura nei dettagli di tutta l’esperienza che la Filanda offre. Colazione unica, buonissime le torte di Irene e servizio eccezionale con lo staff che non risparmia i consigli sulle esperienze da vivere sul territorio. Non esitate a chiedere informazioni, sono molto preparati e propositivi. Ottimo prezzo per un soggiorno rilassato, in una zona confortevole a pochi chilometri dal litorale. Gli arredi diversi in ogni stanza, legati dal filo conduttore della tessitura . Colazione superba, con i dolci di irene. Vicino a tutti o punti di interesse e spiagge. Ospitalità e professionalità di tutto il personale che fornisce indicazioni su itinerari e quant'altro può servire. Associazione da consigliare Place of enchantment. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti dell'immensa gentilezza della signora Irene, gentilezza che con la quale ci ha accompagnato tutta la settimana. La struttura è a dir poco stupenda e ben rifinita in tutti i particolari. Ha i soffitti altissimi e le camere curate in ogni dettaglio , dai servizi ai prodotti bagno ecc. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile , da 10 e lode. Le colazioni sono meravigliose per la varietà e per le indimenticabili torte preparate dalla Sigora Irene. In oltre anche la signora che serve le colazioni ha un'immensa premura per tutti i clienti e assieme al signora Irene si prodiga ne consigliare al meglioi luoghi da visitare, il tutto senza mai essere invadenti, ma sono veramente delle persone speciali. Ti senti a casa e sempre accolto e con immenso piacere. È stata una splendida vacanza che speriamo poter ripetere sempre lì alla Filanda. . With good weather it’s possible TP enjoy your breakfast outside on the roofterrace. We lady who helped us, I think the owner, was very helpfull
