Sono stata nel punto vendita in veste di turista, con mia figlia di 2 anni.
Abbiamo visitato tante altre librerie insieme, ma mai incontrate persone così poco empatiche.
Oltre a non essere per niente d'aiuto negli acquisti, nel momento in cui mia figlia ha espresso l'urgenza di dover andare al bagno mi è stato risposto che non era aperto al pubblico per questioni sanitarie.
Il risultato? Sono andata via senza fare l'acquisto che ero intenzionata a fare e, arrivata al negozio affianco, era già troppo tardi!
Quando decidete di mettervi al servizio del pubblico, fatevi un paio di domande e chiedetevi se siete all'altezza.

I went to the store as a tourist, with my 2 year old daughter.
We have visited many other bookstores together, but never met people so little empathetic.
In addition to not being at all helpful in shopping, when my daughter expressed the urgency of having to go to the bathroom I was told that it was not open to the public for health reasons.
The result? I left without making the purchase that I was intending to make and, when I arrived at the next shop, it was already too late!
When you decide to serve the public, ask yourself a couple of questions and ask yourself if you are up to it.

Subito mi sono trovato a mio agio, trovando all'ingresso le ultime uscite degli autori più interessanti e l'accoglienza dell'operatore... tra l'altro preparato sugli scrittori Giapponesi.
Ci ritornerò ancora, e nel frattempo, buona lettura.
It is the first time I have entered this Feltrinelli.
Immediately I found myself at ease, finding at the entrance the latest releases of the most interesting authors and the welcome of the operator ... among other things, prepared on Japanese writers.
I'll be back again, and in the meantime, happy reading.
