★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartments, we stayed here for 2 nights. The room has everything you need. You do need to arrive before 7pm to check in but as we were later they had a secure box outside and we just had to call for the code. Well placed for attractions and have a really nice restaurant downstairs called Don Fefe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location about 14 euros in a taxi from the train station or a 20min journey on the bus. The lady at the main desk was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about Florence. The apartment itself was bright and clean, pretty basic but had everything you needed for a short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice team working there . we came at the apartment and it was very clean and smelling fresh and good .
In general as tourist you can find anything inside the apartment , kitchen tools or hair dryer etc......
Not far from the old city , not far from a mini market. 2 things I didn't like honestly the wifi connection and noise. I understand the noise , small city cars, bikes etc ..... but be sure you will not find place like that with free parking in Florence ! Anyway everything is 5 stars and wish for them to more and more famous and good business ever !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great alternative to a hotel halfway through a trip in Europe. Being able to shop at a local market and cook your own food is a nice break from eating out every meal. The apartment was clean and nice. Staff was very knowledgeable and in general friendly. A couple times he clearly showed frustration when we didn't understand some convoluted way they had set up something (i.e. for activating the parking gate for the property).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here 1 night passing through and having stayed in the heart of Firenze before, this was a nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. They have feee parking which is great as we rented a car this trip.
The walk into town is enjoyable (about 20 minutes) and we did it with our 2 kids (5 and 7) and they were totally fine.
The rooms were a great size for us and the desk gentleman (Riccardo?) was fantastic.
Next time we go to Firenze (Florence) well definitely stay here again.
