Non rispondono a mail e a richieste di nessun tipo. ASSURDO.
Meglio sperare di non aver mai bisogno di loro dopo l'acquisto, nemmeno per l'acquisto di pezzi aggiuntivi.
 Excellent quality products, but the assistance is practically NON-EXISTING.
Once purchased the product does not give any type of support.
They do not respond to emails and requests of any kind. ABSURD.
Better to hope you never need them after the purchase, not even for the purchase of additional pieces.
