Peccato perché in precedenza ero stata in questo negozio e la proprietaria era stata molto carina e disponibile... i prodotti di questo negozio sono sempre ottimi e ricercati, trattare i clienti in malomodo però non è tollerabile. Capisco che il periodo natalizio sia pesante, liquidare una domanda con un "se c'è è lì, se no non c'è" detto con sufficienza non è comunque accettabile. Personalmente ero disposto a farmi 60 chilometri, tra andata e ritorno, per sostenere un'attività che aveva fatto della qualità a tutto tondo la sua filosofia commerciale,ora non più. Oltre a questo ha anche una scelta di prodotti stagionali ( panettoni, alcolici, cioccolato, ecc ), ideali sia per regale che per autoconsumo. Ha soprattutto prodotti che non si trovano inn altri negozi. Great grocery ... Small, but well stocked. It has a large selection of teas and herbal teas, both of different brands and assortment. Vorrei dire solo una cosa, Avete un whisky che si chiama KAVALAN, avete scritto dalla Cina, infatti è dal Taiwan. Sono due paesi diversi. It was the last Sunday before Christmas and a lot of people in the shop. When I entered in the shop, the clerks look at me all the time. And when I went to first floor for seeing more products. A clerk said Italian to me which I didn’t understand. Just like asking why I’m going upstairs. After I got first floor, a clerk came up right after me and looked me all the time while she was packing products. However, after I left the shop, I saw a lady went up the first floor like me, but not any clerk talked to her or followed her up to the first floor. And I observed at the window for two mins. I think it is right for them to take care of their products and prevent thieves. BUT I AM NOT THIEF. I will not visit this shop again and buy anything from them! NEVER! People may say I’m too sensitive, but that’s what I feel. By the way, the prices in the shop are higher than other shops.
