Importantissimo il bagno. Manca ogni genere di pulizia per le mani e poterle asciugare. Da rivedere tutto.mi spiace

Spesso il locale è affollato ed è difficile trovare un posto a sedere...ma questo sta nella logica dei locali che attirano tante persone per il loro livello di qualità. Ci torno ogni volta che sono dalle parti di Ponsacco!!! Consigliato.
Excellent pastry and the same for the bar. The staff is very courteous. Often the place is crowded and it is difficult to find a seat ... but this lies in the logic of the places that attract many people for their level of quality. I go back every time I'm near Ponsacco !!! Recommended.

Ho ordinato una torta, oltre un'ora di ritardo dalla prevista consegna, non è arrivata come richiesta, mi aspettavo una cosa più particolare visto il prezzo pagato,. Avevo chiesto di scrivere una dedica sulla torta e quando è stata consegnata la torta era sprovvista di ciò, hanno dovuto riportarla in laboratorio per la dedica, e ho chiesto gentilmente, dato l'errore commesso, di consegnarla nel mio domicilio per problemi di ritiro nella pasticceria, ma non si sono resi disponibili. Mi dispiace molto ma non sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio.
First experience and perhaps last, I counted a lot on pastry but I changed my mind. I ordered a cake, more than an hour late from the expected delivery, it did not arrive as a request, I expected something more particular given the price paid. I had asked to write a dedication on the cake and when it was delivered the cake did not have this, they had to bring it back to the laboratory for the dedication, and I asked politely, given the mistake made, to deliver it to my home for withdrawal problems in the pastry shop, but they did not make themselves available. I am very sorry but I was not satisfied with the service.

Bar with new management breakfast with pastries and savories .... you can order a sandwich at the moment .... as a pastry only on order ..... also sells bread every day ........ jovial staff .....! :-)
