Con il lockdown ho perso due mesi su tre per la chiusura forzata delle attività. Questo non sarebbe stato un problema se mi avessero prolungato di altri due mesi dopo la riapertura ma così non è stato. Quindi io ho pagato per intero il prezzo del coupon ma non ho potuto usufruirne nemmeno di un terzo. Credo che questo non sia giusto e nonostante abbia chiamato per lamentarmi di questa risposta è stata scaricata la colpa al sito dove lo avevo acquistato. Ovviamente mi sono informata e il mancato prolungamento non dipende dal sito. Io non ho parole.
I bought a Groupon in February where I could take advantage of various services in three months from the time of purchase. With the lockdown I lost two out of three months due to the forced closure of the businesses. This would not have been a problem if they had extended me for another two months after the reopening but this was not the case. So I paid the coupon price in full but I could not even use a third of it. I believe this is not fair and despite having called to complain about this answer, the blame was discharged to the site where I had purchased it. Obviously I inquired and the non-extension does not depend on the site. I have no words.
