★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da esperto di settore e grande appassionato gourmet non potevo che ritornare in questo fantastico tempio della cucina.
Una delle rarissime volte in cui si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta fra i piatti da provare, per un percorso gustativo/sensoriale davvero eccezionale.
Materia prima di altissima qualità, sapientemente lavorata e cucinata dal grande chef Paolo Brunati, un mostro di bravra.. a te vanno tutti i miei complimenti, un plauso anche allo staff che è in perfetta sintonia.
Bravi tutti! Grazie a voi ho trascorso uno dei migliori pranzi domenicali degli ultimi 10 anni (ho addirittura ordinato il dolce 2 volte, quello alla pera è da impazzire).
Un posto del genere meriterebbe la sala strapiena h24 e 365 giorni all'anno, sono queste le realtà che vanno premiate e non quelle fatte solo di lustrini che annebbiano gli occhi e svuotano stomaco, cuore e portafoglio.
Non vedo l'ora di ritornare!

One of the rare times when you are spoiled for choice among the dishes to try, for a truly exceptional gustatory / sensorial journey.
Raw material of the highest quality, expertly processed and cooked by the great chef Paolo Brunati, a monster of bravery .. all my compliments go to you, also a praise to the staff who are in perfect harmony.
Good job, everyone! Thanks to you I spent one of the best Sunday lunches of the last 10 years (I even ordered the dessert twice, the one with pear is crazy).
A place like this deserves the packed room 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, these are the realities that should be rewarded and not those made only of sequins that cloud the eyes and empty stomach, heart and wallet.
Can't wait to go back!
