Si vede che sa il fatto suo e ti trasmette molta fiducia, infatti gli ho lasciato carta bianca e non mi ha deluso, tutti i prodotti ma anche il servizio era eccellente.

You can see that he knows his stuff and gives you a lot of confidence, in fact I gave him carte blanche and he did not disappoint me, all the products but also the service was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esagerato!? Ho preso dei fugasi (focacce lisce soeciali), forse troppi ed alla cassa ho pagato 16€. A casa li ho pesati, 780gr = 20€ /kg.. forse troppo.
Exaggerated! ? I took some fugasi (smooth soecial focaccia), perhaps too many and at the cashier I paid 16 €. At home I weighed them, 780gr = 20 € / kg .. maybe too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il paese era morto, il lago non si poteva vedere perché si ha l'accesso da una villa a pagamento che apre il primo marzo. Ho comperato in questo negozio 3 fugasé: una dolce, una grano tenero e una grano duro a €3 cad! Non ho idea del prezzo al chilo ma costa come l'oro! E non siamo riusciti a mangiarli:impasto pesante, poco sapore, peggio di un pane da supermercato. Sconsiglio, con 9 euro prendevo una super pizza!
The town was dead, the lake could not be seen because you have access from a paid villa which opens on 1st March. I bought 3 fugasé in this shop: one sweet, one soft wheat and one durum wheat for € 3 each! I have no idea the price per kilo but it costs like gold! And we couldn't eat them: heavy dough, little flavor, worse than supermarket bread. I do not recommend, with 9 euros I got a super pizza!
