La signora che prende le indicazioni è distratta, parla al telefono, contemporaneamente discute con i dipendenti e nel frattempo prende le comande. Ovviamente il risultato è un disastro. Avevo espressamente chiesto che le pizze arrivassero alle 21 sia perché ho l'esigenza di una bambina piccola, sia perché a causa del coprifuoco il mio compagno doveva rientrare a casa. Ancora alle 21;20 le pizze non erano nemmeno in forno, e nella comanda nessuna traccia di quanto richiesto. Serata rovinata. Bad service. Dopo 1 e mezza la piazza non era ancora arrivata, richiamo e chiedo che altro tempo avrebbero impiegato e se la piazza fosse quantomeno pronta.la signora sembrava vivesse in un Mondo tutto suo, rispondendo che non sapeva assolutamente quanto tempo ancora ci volesse e che se non mi fosse arrivata entro 15 Min,nel silenzio e senza avviso potevo considerare il mio ordine annullato. Alla fine si é presentato direttamente il pizzaiolo con pizza fredda e disgustosa.
