Camera La stalla: poca privacy data una porta di legno con affaccio sulle scale che portano in reception dotata di grate bucherellate che tutto lasciavano intendere tranne che privacy. Ambiente umido, dato sicuramente dalla pietra viva di cui è caratterizzata la stanza; impianto di deumidificazione che non serve a molto dato il vapore della vasca idromassaggio e la sauna. Minibar completamente inesistente, manco a pagarla una bottiglietta d' acqua in frigo!!!! Spalliera del letto che andava assolutamente spolverata così come la ventola di areazione in bagno! Macchinetta del caffè inesistente in camera, per non parlare del caffè tutt' acqua a prima mattina? Invece la precedente esperienza presso la Camera poesia bianca è stata tutt' altra cosa: privacy, pulizia,completa disponibilità! Tanto da portarci a tornare..... ma dato il COSTO della camera la stalla non è che ci sia stata tutta questa soddisfazione!! Peccato!! La struttura in sè è molto bella e caratteristica ma prendeteve cura ..un po' di più!!! ? We have been twice at this property. The stable room: little privacy given a wooden door overlooking the stairs leading to the reception equipped with perforated grates that hinted at everything except privacy. Humid environment, certainly given by the living stone of which the room is characterized; dehumidification system that is not much use given the steam of the whirlpool and the sauna. Minibar completely non-existent, needless to pay for a bottle of water in the fridge !!!! Headboard of the bed that was absolutely dusted as well as the ventilation fan in the bathroom! Coffee machine non-existent in the room, not to mention the all-water coffee early in the morning? Instead, the previous experience at the White Poetry Room was something else entirely: privacy, cleanliness, complete availability! Enough to bring us back ..... but given the COST of the room the stable is not that there has been all this satisfaction! Sin!! The structure itself is very beautiful and characteristic but take care .. a little more !!! ?
L	Lucia Papagni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire stupenda è dire poco, la stanza è da sogno. Molto calda, idromassaggio e sauna ben funzionali. Personale molto gentile e molto simpatico. Consiglio vivamente di andarci. Ci tornerò sicuramente. To say beautiful is an understatement, the room is a dream. Very hot, well-functioning whirlpool and sauna. Very nice and very nice staff. I highly recommend going there. I will definitely be back.

Grazie It is a particular place, it is a revisited nineteenth-century structure, splendid hospitality and a gem structure, all kept with cleanliness and extreme care towards the guest, extraordinary, if it were not for the stairs to be done to access the room booked with luggage, I would have voted five stars objectively. Il primo problema cui ci si trova davanti ancora prima di entrare nella struttura è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio che non sia a pagamento. Il secondo evidente problema è la presenza di una ripida e stretta rampa di scale per arrivare alla reception, più un’ulteriore rampa, sempre stretta e ripida, per arrivare alla stanza. Il problema reale è che nessuno ha avvisato della loro presenza e nessuno è presente per aiutare a portare su e giù le valigie, magari pesanti. La nostra stanza non era male: un cucinotto (che non abbiamo usato), un frigobar, la tv, il letto comodo, un bel bagno. Potrei giusto lamentarmi della mancanza di un adeguato kit di bagnoschiuma/shampoo (giusto un paio di bustine). La colazione non l’abbiamo fatta, non posso giudicare. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo approfittato della jacuzzi in terrazzo comune per provarla alla sera: esperienza consigliata in estate, se siete in compagnia. Il personale sembra un po’ assente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da migliorare. Given the variety of reviews, I specify that mine will be related to the "La Bianca" room. The first problem you are faced with even before entering the structure is the difficulty in finding a parking that is not paid. The second obvious problem is the presence of a steep and narrow flight of stairs to get to the reception, plus an additional ramp, always narrow and steep, to get to the room. The real problem is that no one has warned of their presence and no one is present to help carry up and down the suitcases, perhaps heavy. Our room was not bad: a kitchenette (which we didn't use), a minibar, a TV, a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom. I might just complain about the lack of a proper shower gel / shampoo kit (just a couple of sachets). We didn't have breakfast, I can't judge. My boyfriend and I took advantage of the jacuzzi on the common terrace to try it in the evening: recommended experience in summer, if you are in company. The staff seems a bit absent. Value for money to be improved.

È una stanza ricavata in una vecchia stalla con pareti in pietra viva non intonacate e il pavimento originale in chianche antiche. Semplicemente stupenda e arredata con molto buon gusto. Il letto molto comodo, dotata di una sauna e una vasca idromassaggio. Effettivamente è molto umida, che è l'unica nota negativa. La colazione è giusta e abbondante. We stayed in "La Stalla". We didn't understand the motivation for so many negative reviews. It is a room created in an old stable with unplastered stone walls and the original floor in ancient chianche. Simply gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed, equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi. It is actually very humid, which is the only negative. The breakfast is fair and plentiful.
A	Anna Rita Loiacono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato a Poesia Bianca (uno degli appartamenti di Dama Bianca) nel mese di Dicembre 2021. Sull'annuncio di Airbnb venivano menzionate sauna finlandese e jacuzzi, motivo per il quale l'avevano prenotato, ma invece una volta arrivate non abbiamo trovato né la sauna finlandese né la jacuzzi sul terrazzo come da foto sull'annuncio. La sauna finlandese pare essere stata sostituita da una jacuzzi interna, posizionata in una cameretta senza finestre dove l'umiditá ha pervaso durante tutta la nostra permanenza (senza menzionare l'odore di muffa - consiglio vivamente di acquistare deumidificatori!). Tra le altre cose mancanti: sapone, caffé, canovacci, macchina del caffé rotta, ecc. Il bagno di Poesia Bianca é tutto al di fuori che privato in quanto la porta e il muro sono fatti di vetro e confinano con la camera da letto (appartamente che in teoria puó essere usato da 5 persone...). La colazione, servita a 5 minuti dall'alloggio, ha lasciato desiderare... avremmo potuto mangiare meglio pagando meno di €3 da qualsiasi altro bar in zona. L'host ci ha promesso uno sconto una volta che i "padroni" tornavano dalle vacanze data la mancanza di sauna, ma dopo circa due settimane non ho ancora ricevuto notizie (nonostante li abbia contattati). Non consiglio! Sono stata in appartamenti migliori (con sauna, spa, jacuzzi, piscina) che costavano la metá. We stayed in Poesia Bianca (one of Dama Bianca's apartments) in December 2021. The Airbnb announcement mentioned Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, which is why they had booked it, but instead once we arrived we could not find the Finnish sauna or the jacuzzi on the terrace as shown in the photo on the advertisement. The Finnish sauna seems to have been replaced by an indoor jacuzzi, placed in a windowless room where humidity pervaded throughout our stay (not to mention the musty smell - I highly recommend buying dehumidifiers!). Among other things missing: soap, coffee, tea towels, broken coffee machine, etc. Poesia Bianca's bathroom is all outside but private as the door and wall are made of glass and adjoin the bedroom (apartment which in theory can be used by 5 people ...). The breakfast, served 5 minutes from the accommodation, left something to be desired ... we could have eaten better for less than € 3 from any other bar in the area. The host promised us a discount once the "hosts" returned from their holidays due to the lack of a sauna, but after about two weeks I still haven't received any news (despite contacting them). I do not recommend! I've stayed in better apartments (with sauna, spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool) which were half price.

The room itself was very nicely done, modern bathroom, all looked very good, but yet they could take care also of small details, bathrobe had no bels, that was annoying, only one miserable hanger for your cote and other clothes. No soap , so i used my shampoo as a soap by the time i needed shampoo it was gone. ventilator was so loud that we couldn't sleep and keep it on, since it was gourd floor we could not leave the window open, so no fresh air in the room, because of that i slept very horribly. No proper breakfast. No fresh fruits or bakery ( given that we are in italy- its very strange), only few old cookies. Of course we couldn't pay by card so we have to go and look for cash machine. We paid so much for one nigh and we were very unhappy. Cannot recommend.
