★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio non è vistoso per cui bisogna un po' cercarlo. I proprietari sono attenti nel cercare di capire cosa cerchi per darti un prodotto che soddisfi al massimo le tue richieste. Ho apprezzato molto la loro schiettezza: non vendono false speranze, ma sono bravissimi a fare validi consigli.
I prodotti che mi hanno suggerito si sono rilevati eccellenti ed efficaci con una spesa assolutamente sostenibile.
La cosa che mi ha invogliata a tornare è il loro interessamento al feedback delle clienti: ti invitano a tornare per informali sull'efficacia o meno di ciò che ti vendono... consigliatissimo!
The shop is not flashy so you have to look for it a bit. The owners are careful in trying to understand what you are looking for to give you a product that satisfies your requests to the maximum. I really appreciated their frankness: they don't sell false hopes, but they are great at making good advice.
The products they suggested to me proved to be excellent and effective with an absolutely sustainable expense.
The thing that made me want to come back is their interest in customer feedback: they invite you to come back to inform them about the effectiveness or otherwise of what they sell you ... highly recommended!
