I specify that I am giving a judgment of a pre covid dinner. A star for sympathy, a star for excellent pizza, a star for raw materials. I take away a star for the excessive crowding of the place (practically you ate back to back with the neighbors, or you had to crush yourself against the wall) and another star I take away for the cooking dishes (a boar stew that didn't have me at all convinced). I understand that the place must be exploited but if I don't come back it is due to the excessive crowding. But never, however, that with the rules of social distancing has not improved. A tip to the owners: make an excellent pizza, if you make the diners feel good ... you can ensure their return.

I would like to start my review by saying that it is good that tastes are subjective and I have been many times in this pizzeria, so it is obvious my esteem for this place and the staff, so instead of exposing my opinion that is clear from the vote I have given, I will evaluate all the objective aspects that everyone with a minimum of criterion and without prejudice can verify going to the local. Since it is a pizzeria, we start with pizza, I have tasted many pizzas, different textures, hydrations, flavors, I eat pizza like a sommelier describes and recommends a wine. The pizza is incredibly soft, hydrated to the right point and even after cooking the pizza on contact with the tongue is not dry and there is no flour residue, but rather it is pleasant to chew and savor, the ingredients are of excellent quality and the combinations are balanced and tasty. The pizza is not heavy during the digestion and therefore also the leavening is performed to perfection. This factor is subjective, since it changes from person to person, from the type of pizza you choose and if you decide to eat even appetizers / desserts, but I assure you that the leavening is impeccable. I connect to this also to say that there is a vast choice of pizzas and dishes, I have tasted many of them and they have all been very good, since everything is done with criteria and with excellent quality ingredients, especially mozzarella and Burrata, which are always fresh and of excellent quality and trust that it is not easy to find mozzarella so good. From the reviews I have deduced that someone has received pizzas after an hour of arrival and I can assure you that it has never happened to me, obviously that especially on Saturdays when there is a queue to enter it is obvious that you should not have too many pretensions. ... it's Saturday, enjoy the evening! perchè also because I see always leave at the table together with a drink to tease. However look at the staff is there on purpose if you have a problem, just point out the problem and they will be super available to solve as soon as possible and starting from this I would like to say that the staff is impeccable, always kind and attentive to customers, even when the local is full and outside there is the queue, every customer is important and treated with care and if I have to tell the truth, I have never seen such a united and productive staff, you can breathe a beautiful carefree, but professional, and all it works because there is total harmony in every single thing that is done by every member of the staff. Even the location is very nice and above all easy to reach and it must be considered that it is not exactly near my house, so if I prefer to get a few kilometers to reach it it must be worth going there. As for the price, everyone here is used to seeing money in a different way, but what really matters is the relationship between the quality of the food and how much you pay for it and trust it, the price is right for the quality of the ingredients. Every time I go I take different things, I savor new flavors and I am more and more struck by the incredible work these guys are doing. An attempt you have to do it, but gentlemen do not go with prejudices and with great expectations, simply live the experience that these people decide to give you with all the passion they put into what they do.

We came to this restaurant because recommended by friends and I must say that everything has paid off our expectations .... starting from the place that is elegant and comfortable with the courteous and helpful staff. We all had dinner with fish and, in addition to the freshness that we undoubtedly felt (especially the raw fish), we enjoyed the beauty of the dishes. My partner, curious to taste the famous Neapolitan pizza, opted for a pizza with fresh buffalo and besides the beauty of the pizza, she noticed the freshness of the ingredients here (the waitress informed us at the time of the order that all the pizza ingredients arrive several times a week directly from Naples) remaining pleasantly surprised by the lightness of the dough long rising just as eaten in Naples. Finally the desserts were a good end of the evening because I highly recommend the cannoli Sicilian homemade because by applause. What more can I say except that everything was perfect and we will be back soon. Congratulations

The pizza is in Neapolitan style, with soft dough and very tasty ingredients. Digestibility is not too high (perhaps considered to be not exactly light ingredients ??). Very highly recommended book, because it's hard to find free tables: the wait it was a little long but it was worth it (as well as the bill slightly saltier than other pizzerias) saw the quality of the dinner. The guys who serve are nice and really make the deck. The location is new generation and very pretty; on some occasions, however, the acoustic effect makes the room decidedly chaotic. But the restaurant has no faults about this, if anything, it has some diners ...

Pizza prepared according to the Neapolitan tradition, a high cornice with little honeycomb, a bit too 'pasty', however a good execution. The ingredients are of quality to justify a price slightly above average for a restaurant in the province. For the moment good digestibility. The assortment of desserts is varied and partly handmade, at least the tart with sorbet was. Craft-only beers (Nicese brewery), only one blonde on tap the others in the bottle. New, clean, simple room (I would eliminate the TV unless there is interest in showing sporting events). So overall a positive experience, to try again maybe even ordering from the kitchen.
