In ritardo senza avvisare nonostante ci fosse una dead line stabilita in precedenza. Cornici mal rifinite consegnate senza imballaggio di protezione, ad alcune punte è venuto via il colore durante il trasporto a casa, contro incollaggio fatto da terzi che ha rovinato ognuna delle 6 fotografie (non ristampatili perché pezzi unici). Le opere presentano presenza di peli, passate di straccio, sporcizia.
Erano previste per due esposizioni e nessuna delle 6 è ne' presentabile ne' vendibile. Nessuna proposta di risarcimento o scuse da parte di Massimo il proprietario dell'attività. Se volete un lavoro fatto bene ma soprattutto avere a che fare con qualcuno di onesto andate altrove.
Worst frame service I've dealt with.
Late without warning despite a previously established dead line. Badly finished frames delivered without protective packaging, the color came off at some points during transport home, against gluing done by third parties that ruined each of the 6 photographs (not reprinted because they are unique pieces). The works show the presence of hairs, mops, dirt.
They were planned for two exhibitions and none of the 6 is neither presentable nor salable. No proposal for compensation or apology from Massimo the owner of the business. If you want a job done well but above all have to do with someone honest, go elsewhere.
