Le visite sono molto costose. Fin da subito non ho riscontrato un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo (la gentilezza e la cordialità sottolineata prima dovrebbero essere gratuite, non sono di sicuro un buon motivo per avere dei prezzi elevati per le visite) ma per i nostri animaletti si fa davvero di tutto. L'evento che più mi ha lasciato amareggiato è che quando mi sono presentato con la mia gattina che sanguinava, non avendo chiamato ed avendo l'agenda piena nessuno l'ha visitata. Non hanno trovato neanche 10 minuti per visionare le lesioni che presentava sulla pelle. Ho preso due ore di permesso dal lavoro, per poi sentirmi dire "torna a casa, ci vediamo domani oppure venerdì quando hai l'appuntamento". Nessuno e dico nessuno ha avuto la cortesia e la gentilezza di aprire il trasportino e visionare la gattina. Non lo trovo accettabile e tutta la cortesia e gentilezza che hanno dimostrato nei primi incontri è stata vanificata da questo episodio. Non è ammissibile che si rispedisca a casa un cliente con un animaletto che sta male senza neanche controllare il suo stato di salute e senza nemmeno aprire la gabbietta. 10 minuti con quello che si fanno pagare potevano trovarli, ovviamente sarebbero anche stati ricompensati. Non devo pregare un veterinario per visitare la mia gattina se sta male. Non tornerò mai più. My kitten has suffered and is currently suffering from severe dermatitis. The guys are very nice, kind and helpful from the first visit. Visits are very expensive. Right from the start I did not find a good value for money (the kindness and friendliness highlighted above should be free, they are certainly not a good reason to have high prices for visits) but for our pets we really do everything . The event that left me most embittered is that when I showed up with my kitten who was bleeding, not having called and having a full agenda no one visited her. They didn't even find 10 minutes to view the lesions on his skin. I took two hours off from work, only to be told "come home, see you tomorrow or Friday when you have the appointment". Nobody and I mean nobody had the courtesy and kindness to open the carrier and view the kitten. I don't find it acceptable and all the courtesy and kindness they showed in the first meetings has been thwarted by this episode. It is not permissible for a customer to be sent home with a pet who is sick without even checking his health and without even opening the cage. 10 minutes with what they charge could find them, of course they would also be rewarded. I don't have to ask a vet to visit my kitty if she's sick. I will never go back.

Consigliato anche come punto d'appoggio qualora il proprio vet. non sia reperibile. Davvero professionali. We went for an emergency: the vet on duty proved to be courteous and competent. Absolutely fair prices. Also recommended as a foothold if your vet. is not available. Really professional.

Sanno prendersi cura del "paziente" nonostante le mille paure che hanno. Gentilissima Chiara, che per la seconda volta ha assistito la mia piccola. Mi trasmette sicurezza e professionalità.
