Purtroppo ho potuto frequentarli solo online, ma mi piacerebbe in futuro incontrarli dal vivo! Peccato non poter dare almeno 7 stelle... A magical place, full of people of heart. Kindness, culture, art ... nothing is really missing. I attended courses and was delighted. Unfortunately I was only able to attend them online, but I would like to meet them live in the future! Too bad not being able to give at least 7 stars ...

È un percorso a volte non facile ma che assicura frutti eccellenti a chi ha voglia di mettersi in gioco. La correttezza, la chiarezza e la trasparenza di Umberto Carmignani e degli altri maestri sono state un esempio in questi anni di percorso che ho a volte interrotto e poi ripreso con grande libertà e serenità. The City of Light is a place where you can do a deep personal growth job to make your life more beautiful. It is a path that is sometimes not easy but which ensures excellent results for those who want to get involved. In cui le parole "Buongiorno!", "Grazie", "Per favore", "Mi dispiace" fanno parte del vocabolario comune. Un luogo in cui la relazione e il dialogo tra le persone hanno un'importanza centrale e sono considerati strumenti per evolvere. In cui il corpo è onorato come un tempio. In cui si dà spazio all'arte, alla musica e alla danza. Un luogo in cui c'è una scuola, ma non ci sono banchi, in cui ognuno è allievo e allo stesso tempo professore. In cui si impara a meditare in ogni gesto quotidiano. In cui gli errori si chiamano opportunità e si cresce grazie alla consapevolezza che ogni singola esperienza è un passo prezioso nel cammino. La buona notizia è che tutto questo esiste!!! È il luogo in cui vivo da quando ho scelto di partecipare al corso "Vivi la Città della Luce", attraverso il quale sto imparando tanto sullo stare in comunità, ma soprattutto sul ritrovare il contatto con me stessa nel corpo, nelle emozioni, nella mente, nell'anima! Un immenso Grazie a tutte le donne e tutti gli uomini che mi hanno accolta nella loro casa e che mi stanno accompagnando e sostenendo in questo viaggio! Imagine a place where the day begins with a full hug. A place where food is carefully chosen and prepared with love. In which the words "Hello!", "Thank you", "Please", "Sorry" are part of the common vocabulary. A place where the relationship and dialogue between people of central importance and are considered tools to evolve. In which the body is honored as a temple. Un corso davvero interessante, molto pratico, guidato da una docente splendida e super brava... della quale mi dichiaro FAN ! Grazie grazie grazie Shakini per il modo in cui fai arrivare tutte queste nuove informazioni, grazie per come ci aiuti ad integrare le diverse consapevolezze, grazie per l'ispirazione e per le condivisioni, mi piace tantissimo poter applicare quanto appreso :-) A presto! Consiglio La città della luce a tutti coloro che si vogliono aprire alla vita e all'esistenza. Troveranno solo persone professionali, pronte e rispettose. Sorprendente la sensazione di non sentirsi giudicati da nessuno, ne dalle parole, ne dagli sguardi, ne da altra fonte alcuna! Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono intraprendere una via o che abbiano bisogno di una guida olistica e spirituale alla quale affidarsi senza paura di essere fregati!
