Ambiente tradizionale ma curato (non fatevi ingannare dalla prima impressione dell'esterno).
Alta qualità delle materie prime.
Buona scelta di vini regionali.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh locale certamente storico, elegante e ben curato nel dettaglio con una nota particolare di attenzioni al cliente. Qualità delle materie prime eccellenti e una buona cantina dei vini. Ottimi dolci, perde la 5☆ a nostro avviso perché ci aspettavamo, nel menù una proposta più ampia per quanto riguarda la carne inerente la fantastica cucina tipica ferrarese. Per il resto tutto ottimo!
 Well certainly historic, elegant and well cared for in detail with a particular note of attention to the customer. Excellent quality of raw materials and a good wine cellar. Excellent desserts, it loses the 5 ☆ in our opinion because we expected a wider proposal on the menu regarding the meat inherent to the fantastic typical Ferrara cuisine. For the rest all excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri abbiamo festeggiato un evento con tutta la famiglia. Abbiamo trascorso una eccezionale domenica in un ambiente "caldo", sereno e Famigliare . Pietanze come sempre ottime sia per la materia prima che per gli accostamenti. Le materie prime sono esaltate con maestria e dominano sempre il piatto , sono sempre protagoniste senza Mai essere sovrastate da contorni o condimenti. Parliamo di Lumache, Rane, Anguilla, Anatra tutte materie prime importanti che sono davvero trattate con esperienza.
Venire alla Chiocciola è un regalo per lo spirito e il palato.
Ottima cantina molto completa , x tutti i platani e tutte le tasche.
I dolci meriterebbero il solo viaggio
Alla Chiocciola si deve tornare almeno 4 volte x soddisfare la curiosità e l interesse che scaturisce dal suo menù
Yesterday we celebrated an event with the whole family. We spent an exceptional Sunday in a "warm", serene and familiar environment. Dishes as always excellent both for the raw material and for the combinations. The raw materials are exalted with skill and always dominate the dish, they are always protagonists without ever being dominated by side dishes or condiments. We are talking about Snails, Frogs, Eel, Duck, all important raw materials that are truly treated with experience.
Coming to La Chiocciola is a gift for the spirit and the palate.
Excellent very complete cellar, for all plane trees and all budgets.
The desserts are worth the trip alone
You have to go back to Chiocciola at least 4 times to satisfy the curiosity and interest that comes from its menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cucina legata alle terre basse del Ferrarese, che quindi condivide molti tratti con la valle. La valle entra in effetti nella cucina passata dal padre fondatore Ido e da sua moglie Franca al figlio Adalberto Migliari. Piatti fondamentali da provare il risotto con le rane, l'anguilla alla brace con polenta di mais del territorio, le lumache. Grande attenzione alla materia prima e anche alle cotture sulla brace o anche alle affumicature gestite con maestria dallo chef. Ottima lista dei vini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resturant is a true diamond hidden in the flat land surrounding the city of Ferrara. Here I got a wonderful and unforgettable eating experience . I enjoyed almost everything from cooked land snail in butter and garlic, the fryed little shrimp and squid and the the woderfully cooked and served roasted cuttlefish in its black ink (a true piece of butter) As a dessert the sorbet made from "uva fragola" grapes was true surprise. This resturant is family owned and led from decades with a simple and friendly touch. Prices are above the average, but by far inferior for resturant of the same quality. Will come back for shure.
