★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato in piedi 20 minuti con il vassoio in mano per potermi sedere e fare colazione fuori, secondo le nuove regole: i tavolini erano tutti occupati da gente che però aveva finito di consumare e chiacchierava. Il vassoio su cui erano appoggiati tazza e cornetto era sporco; non sono passati a pulire il tavolo, prima che mi sedessi.
I waited standing 20 minutes with the tray in hand to be able to sit and have breakfast outside, according to the new rules: the tables were all occupied by people who had finished eating and chatted. The tray on which the cup and croissant rested was dirty; they didn't come by to clean the table before I sat down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora al banco era senza mascherina, ho ordinato e mentre faceva i caffè ha stornutito sopra i bicchieri, le ho chiesto gentilmente di cambiargli ma mi non contenta con rispondermi in modo sgarbato mi ha pure detto di andare via dal negozio e anche nel mio paese, ignoranza totale!
The lady at the counter was without a mask, I ordered and while she was making the coffees she stunned over the glasses, I kindly asked her to change it but I am not happy with answering in a rude way she also told me to leave the shop and also in my country , total ignorance!
