Do they weigh without applying the tare on the scale, should not it be inserted by law? Now I understand why they put those "sheets of laminated paper" so much we pay them, and at the price of the same goods we buy.

I tried different things you make excellent livers, very good hanburgers ... the skewer and the cut all excellent .... finally I found the butcher I dreamed of a bit far from where I live but it's worth it ??
