È da piu di un anno che mi servo presso il vostro punto vendita di Pietralata/Tiburtina e devo dire che oltre a quanto gia scritto, la professionalità e gentilezza del personale presente in questo punto vendita non ha prezzo, difficile da trovare. Non ci sono parole neache per le vostre continue offerte e promozioni per tutto questo lo consiglio a tutti. Dopo 90 euro di cialde, porto macchina a riparare mi dicono che vogliono 5 euro di acconto ma se la riparazione nn sarà effettuata mi sarebbero stati restuiti. L esatto contrario nn è x I 5 euro ma per il principio.. Aggiungo che il personale non è preparato affatto, una Commessa vera chiede la ricevuta, il nome del cliente per verificare tipo di cliente poi agisce anche in base alle regole. Ovvio.
