Siamo stati nella splendida cascina ristrutturata da Fabio Bonini in occasione di Acetaie Aperte 2016 ed abbiamo assaporato un nettare pieno di gusto ed amore seguendone prima la storia attraverso la visita guidata operata dal titolare stesso (persona squisita, competente e molto gentile) che ci ha trasmesso tutta la passione e la maestria di creare un gioiello come il loro balsamico tradizionale e proseguendo poi con le degustazioni non solo del prodotto finale in ben 6 varianti ma anche di altre specialità come cioccolatini ripieni con 9 grammi di balsamico (uno spettacolo per palato e spirito), gelato fiordilatte, pistacchio ed uva fragola con balsamico, cocktails con balsamico ed una selezione di ottimo Prosciutto Crudo di Modena con scaglie di parmigiano al balsamico Bonini. La cascina è stupenda e possiede anche un paio di splendide camere arredate con classe che possono ospitare coloro che desiderano trascorrere un po di tempo tra le campagne emiliane scoprendo i segreti di una terra ricca di fascino e degustando la prelibatezza del Balsamico Bonini! The world Bonini is heavenly! We were in the beautiful renovated farmhouse from Fabio Bonini during Acetaie Open in 2016 and have enjoyed a full nectar of taste and love by following prior history through guided tours operated by him (nice person, competent and very friendly) that sent us all the passion and skill to create a jewel like their traditional balsamic and then by tasting not only the end product in 6 variants but also other specialties such as chocolates filled with 9 grams of balsamic (a feast for the palate and spirit ), fiordilatte ice cream, pistachio and grapes strawberry with balsamic, cocktails with balsamic and a selection of great Ham Modena with parmesan balsamic Bonini flakes. The farm is beautiful and also has a pair of beautiful high class furniture that can accommodate those wishing to spend a bit of time between the Emilian countryside discovering the secrets of a land full of charm and tasting the deliciousness of Balsamic Bonini!

Scelta originale per dormire in zona Modena al posto del solito hotel/b&b. Restored farmhouse with very good taste. Helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic visit to the vinegar factory. Great breakfast. Original choice for sleeping in the Modena area instead of the usual hotel / b & b.

Wir kommen dieses Jahr nun schon das Dritte mal vorbei und ich bin auch schon Patenonkel eines Baldamicofasses geworden. Wer hätte das gedacht. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und das Frühstück ein wahres italienisches Gedicht. Selbstgemacht natürlich von Mamma! Habe mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt! My favorite place in Italy. There is nothing better than staying in the fields near Modena. We are coming for the third time this year and I have already become the godfather of a Baldami cup. Who would have thought that. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast is a true Italian poem. Of course homemade by mom! I have never felt so comfortable!

M	Mieke Goossens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our request they opened last weekend just for us, as officially they did not open for the season until end of the month. And were we happy they did! We got a warm welcome in this amazing B&B on the countryside of Modena. After settling down, and nicely chatting with the host while having a cup of coffee we got a tour of their amazing Balsamico production, including a tasting of their different products. We loved how passionate he talked about the product they produce. The rooms are beautiful, nice, clean and as the whole building it just impressed us. We loved that the countryside was so nice and quiet, after living in the city for a while. We could even use their bicycles to go to the city center of Modena and enjoy the surroundings by bike. We took some specialties and wine from the food market in Modena back to the B&B, and enjoyed it all at sunset on their outside terrace. We did stay for 2 nights, with 2 amazing breakfasts included. Being able to just sit down at a beautiful table in the main part of the building, relax and enjoy the tasteful dishes that were made for us did make this experience even better. We loved the place and would most certainly recommend it to others!
