★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo perché 0 non si può dare: prenotato su booking, appaiono foto di piscina e luogo ameno (avevamo messo il filtro appositamente avendo una bimba che non può fare mare). Poi ti arriva l'ok della prenotazione e ti specificano che la tua prenotazione è nella struttura senza piscina (ma come? Excusatio non petita...). Annullata prenotazione e 85 euro lasciare a questi signori. Che ne facciano buon uso.
