Che dire..mi sono sentita a Casa (in tutti i sensi) personale molto preparato ma al di là della loro professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità ho riscontrato in loro un grandissimo lato umano che, purtroppo, oggi come oggi vieni un po’ a mancare! Gentili e super disponibili, ci hanno seguito dalla visita dell’immobile alla stipulazione del contratto. Li consigliamo soprattutto a chi, come noi, cerca per la prima volta casa e non conosce il mondo immobiliare: con molta onestà e professionalità ci hanno guidato in tutto il percorso illustrandoci anche ciò che non conoscevamo.. il tutto senza mai tralasciare il lato umano. Dopo tre o quattro mail inviate chiedendo di essere ricontattato per aver conferma dell'appuntamento, non ricevendo nessuna risposta mi reco in agenzia di persona. Mi sento dire che il mio numero è sbagliato (quello in cui mi avevano già chiamato) e cmq avevate la mia mail... e che l'appartamento è stato assegnato. E quando me lo volevate dire? Se io non mi fossi attivato a rintraccciarvi e fossi andato all'appuntamento datomi per visionare l'immobile, chi avrei trovato?? Davvero molto superficiali e per nulla professionali. First contact via email ok, they call me to make an appointment and then vanished into thin air. Impossible to contact them by phone. After three or four emails sent asking to be contacted to confirm the appointment, receiving no response, I go to the agency in person. I hear that my number is wrong (the one in which they had already called me) and anyway you had my email ... and that the apartment has been assigned. And when did you want to tell me? If I hadn't activated to track you down and had gone to the appointment given to me to view the property, who would I have found? Really very superficial and not at all professional.
