Arch. De Nicolò il quale ha progettato e poi gestito egregiamente tutte le operazioni realizzando una casa bifamiliare in legno, con due piani più mansarda, di cui sono molto contenta. Mi sono trovata subito bene perché l’architetto, dopo un accurato sopralluogo mi ha convocata in studio dove con la sua guida e grazie al progetto tridimensionale sul computer, ho potuto capire bene le proposte architettoniche, piuttosto articolate, cosicché abbiamo individuato una ripartizione ottimale degli ambienti. Il tecnico è riuscito a realizzare tutti gli spazi di cui avevo bisogno, persino un piccolo laboratorio grazie ad una elegante parete mobile in legno e vetro. The technician managed to create all the spaces I needed, even a small workshop thanks to an elegant mobile wall in wood and glass. The architect also proceeded to have all the works carried out and managed and the result did not disappoint expectations. De Nicolò molto competente ed esaustivo, ha elaborato una serie di soluzioni in realtà virtuale mettendoci nelle condizioni di scegliere la più appropriata alle nostre esigenze tant’è che abbiamo poi deciso di affidarci a lui sia per la progettazione che per la realizzazione della casa e di tutta la parte esterna con piscina. Le soluzioni studiate sono state molto mirate ed efficaci e hanno risolto egregiamente anche un problema di interferenza con una servitù di passaggio che attraversa la nostra proprietà. Comodissimo poter affidare la gestione di tutto a una sola persona. Senza dubbio per un altro lavoro mi affiderei ancora alla stessa ditta. E’ stato prima demolito il vecchio edificio e poi costruita una bellissima casa in legno in classe “A” su tre piani con mansarda, un’abitazione ricca di soluzioni architettoniche accattivanti e molto confortevole. La casa Energia ha anche sistemato tutta l’area esterna realizzando una bella piscina e il giardino con la recinzione. E’ stato molto comodo avere, come unico referente per tutto, un tecnico disponibile e competente come l’ing. De Nicolò. A	Antonio Bondesan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su indicazione di un conoscente ho interpellato l’architetto Gaetano De Nicolò per una valutazione su come migliorare gli spazi nel mio appartamento in centro a Verona avendo anche l’esigenza di rifare completamente il tetto. L’architetto, che è anche ingegnere, ha eseguito il sopralluogo con una serie di misurazioni e poi mi ha presentato un progetto in realtà virtuale con due diverse soluzioni, devo dire molto ingegnose, con cui ha praticamente rivoluzionato tutti gli spazi e ne ha creato di nuovi. Una soluzione in particolare mi ha entusiasmato poiché oltre al resto prevedeva un enorme abbaino e poi una passerella di acciaio e cristallo per collegarlo al nuovo soppalco. Ho affidato quindi anche tutti i lavori a “La Casa Energia”, compreso il tetto, e il risultato è stato eccellente, anche nel design e nella realizzazione di un arredamento in gran parte su misura curato sempre dall’architetto. Veramente un unico interlocutore, tecnico molto capace e persona seria e professionale. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e affiderò all’ingegnere anche la ristrutturazione del tetto della casa in montagna. Volevo sopraelevare parte della mia casa aggiungendo un altro piano con una costruzione in legno ma l’ingegnere, dopo un lungo e accurato sopralluogo, mi ha dissuaso dal farlo poiché l’operazione sarebbe diventata troppo onerosa a causa di alcune caratteristiche della situazione di partenza. I suoi consigli mi hanno evitato di imbarcarmi in una impresa che avrebbe comportato una serie di problemi, con lievitazione dei costi, di cui non avevo idea. Ho veramente apprezzato la professionalità e la correttezza del tecnico che, contro l’interesse della sua ditta, mi ha chiarito molto bene come stavano le cose. Lo ringrazio.
