When staying at La Casa, the owner will do his own work on the land, he may casually ask you to help with the grape (from the little vineyard) crushing for the wine, with olive harvest or drop by to give you a couple of warm eggs, and they are warm because really fresh.
And the lookout is breathtaking, located in the centre of Sicily with easy access to all the island main attractions.
The only thing, you do need a car, as the place is slightly out of town, which it also makes it uniquely tranquil.
Strongly recommended!
