★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto in questa città per diversi anni, soffrendo la mancanza di una vera mozzarella pugliese ma da diverso tempo ho scoperto questo caseificio dove è possibile trovare ogni giorno prodotti freschi, gustosi e davvero di alta qualità. Tuttavia, in questo negozio non troverai solo mozzarelle e scamorze, affumicate e non, ma troverai anche tante cose sfiziose come la buonissima mousse al pistacchio in alcuni periodi. Inoltre, l'altro giorno sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita da una novità del negozio: le "mammole", chiamate così in onore di antichi recipienti di terracotta, ottime per buffet, aperitivi o antipasti.
Trovo davvero incredibile questo caseificio e apprezzo tantissimo sia la bravura del proprietario che lo splendido rapporto che sta creando tra tradizione e innovazione. Assolutamente consigliato!
I have lived in this city for several years, suffering from the lack of a real Apulian mozzarella but for some time I have discovered this dairy where it is possible to find fresh, tasty and really high quality products every day. However, in this shop you will not only find mozzarella and scamorze, smoked or not, but you will also find many delicious things such as the delicious pistachio mousse in some periods. Furthermore, the other day I was pleasantly surprised by a novelty of the shop: the "violets", so called in honor of ancient terracotta containers, excellent for buffets, aperitifs or appetizers.
I find this dairy truly incredible and I really appreciate both the skill of the owner and the splendid relationship he is creating between tradition and innovation. Absolutely recommended!
