★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ha chiamato per chiedere se fossero aperti domenica mattina e quando ha semplicemente chiesto i prezzi per il lavaggio l'hanno trattata con scortesia dicendo che i prezzi per telefono non li davano. Spero che trattino meglio le macchine di come trattano le persone, anche se non lo saprò mai perché non credo di andare.
My wife called to ask if they were open on Sunday morning and when she simply asked about the prices for the wash they treated her with rudeness saying that the prices on the phone did not give them. I hope they treat cars better than how they treat people, although I'll never know because I don't think I'm going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ho lasciato l'auto alle 9:00 concordando di prenderla alle 12:00. All'orario stabilito ho trovato auto chiusa e non lavata, ho telefonato, e dopo avermi fatto recuperare le chiavi lasciate ad un' attività vicina, ho trovato il sedile spostato, e lo stereo azzerato ( cosa che succede solo quando stacchi la batteria). Ho richiamato chiedendo spiegazioni e hanno negato tutto dicendo che loro non rubano macchine. Alla mia macchina le mani alla batteria sono state messe, non so il motivo ma sono state messe. Non vi fidate, ci sono attività più serie in città.
Bad service, I left the car at 9:00 and agreed to pick it up at 12:00. At the appointed time I found the car closed and unwashed, I phoned, and after having made me recover the keys left at a nearby business, I found the seat moved, and the stereo reset (which happens only when you disconnect the battery). I called back asking for an explanation and they denied everything saying they don't steal cars. Hands on the battery have been put on my car, I don't know why but they have been put on. Don't trust me, there are more serious businesses in town.

Premesso ciò in questo autolavaggio mi hanno veramente sanificato completamente la vettura e me l'hanno lavata ed asciugata accuratamente. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Sono un po' lenti ma perché lavano bene la macchina. Livello superiore rispetto ad altri posti in cui sono stato.
The car wash market in Potenza is much more expensive than many other places in Italy.
That said, in this car wash they really completely sanitized my car and they washed and dried it thoroughly. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are a little slow but because they wash the car well. Higher level than other places I've been to.
