D	Dagmara “Dagmara P” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skorzystałyśmy z koleżanką z noclegu w kwietniu, tylko w innym budynku - Cortiletto Trapanese i byłyśmy bardzo zadowolone. Lokalizacja jest świetna, wszędzie blisko. W apartamencie jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Giacomo bardzo sympatyczny, wyjechał po nas na lotnisko, wypożyczył rowery, udzielił wielu przydatnych rad i oprowadził po mieście. Nawet popłynął z nami na Favignanę. Polecam :) We took advantage of a friend from the night in April, only in another building - Cortiletto Trapanese and we were very satisfied. The location is great, close to everything. The apartment has everything you need. Giacomo very nice, he left for us at the airport, rented bicycles, gave many useful advices and guided around the city. He even sailed with us to Favignana. I recommend :)
S	Susanna Caterino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei poter lasciare almeno una nota positiva sugli appartamenti ,ma ho avuto soltanto un'esperienza del tutto negativa aggravata dalla scortesia e poca professionalità delle proprietarie . Innazitutto non posso lasciare una recensione su booking in quanto mi è stato chiesto di annullare la prenotazione dal sito dato che avrebbero dovuto pagare delle commissioni . Il giorno in cui sarei dovuta arrivare ho chiamato per avvisare di ciò e mi è stato risposto che non avevano la prenotazione a causa di una mal comunicazione tra le due sorelle e che avrebbero trovato una soluzione ( ci mancherebbe altro). Le casette sono molto piccole e vecchie , il bagno emana puzza di fogna e in generale c'è proprio puzza di muffa . Insomma ...sono proprio mal tenute. Avevamo diritto ad un cambio biancheria che però non è stato mai effettuato. La cosa più tragica è avvenuta una mattina quando siamo stati invasi ( sono cioè entrati in casa mentre dormivamo ) da dei tecnici che dovevano riparare il condizionatore . Abbiamo dovuto lasciare casa mentre loro lavoravano ( dunque con le nostre cose incustodite ) e al nostro ritorno non avevano nemmeno ripulito. (allego foto , ma non è molto ben visibile) Lo abbiamo anche fatto presente ma non siamo stati presi in considerazione. L'unica cosa di cui si sono preoccupate le due sorelle è incassare subito il pagamento per poi sparire e non offrire nessun tipo di servizio . I wish I could leave at least one positive note on the apartments, but I only had a completely negative experience aggravated by the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the owners. First of all I cannot leave a review on booking as I was asked to cancel the booking from the site as they would have to pay commissions. The day I was due to arrive I called to advise of this and was told that they did not have the reservation due to a bad communication between the two sisters and that they would find a solution (God forbid). The houses are very small and old, the bathroom smells of sewage and in general it really smells of mold. Well ... they are really badly maintained. We were entitled to a linen change but it was never done. The most tragic thing happened one morning when we were invaded (that is, they entered the house while we were sleeping) by technicians who had to repair the air conditioner. We had to leave the house while they worked (therefore with our things unattended) and on our return they had not even cleaned up. (I am attaching photos, but it is not very visible) We have also mentioned this but we have not been taken into consideration. The only thing the two sisters worried about is to collect the payment immediately and then disappear and not offer any kind of service.
M	Mattia Rizzitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto in ottima posizione, 5 minuti a piedi si ha tutto! Bar, ristoranti, bancomat, supermercati, farmacie e tabaccai. Ottimo alloggio, tranquillo, ogni confort, buon wifi. Completo di cucina, fornetto elettrico, televisione. Me l'aspettavo più piccolo e invece anche gli armadi/sgabuzzini sono larghi. Forse solo il bagnetto è un pò stretto ma in ogni caso tranquillamente vivibile! Non mancava niente e soprattutto anche l'odore era piacevole! Spesso in questi posti si sente odore di chiuso. Great place in a great location, 5 minutes walk you have it all! Bars, restaurants, ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacies and tobacconists. Excellent accommodation, quiet, every comfort, good wifi. Complete with kitchen, electric oven, television. I expected smaller and yet also the wardrobes / closets are wide. Perhaps only the bath is a little narrow but anyway quietly livable! Nothing was missing and above all the smell was pleasant! Often in these places you can smell closed.
C	Cristiano solo di nome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costretto a mettere una stella. Posto orribile, surreale. Nelle stanze puzza di fogna e di insetticida. Pieno di blatte e incredibilmente sporco. Peccato non poter allegare foto e video. Al piano terra c'è un appartamento abitato dove gli inquilini, fumatori accaniti, stanno perennemente a porte aperte e sono abbigliati come se stessero da soli. Non capisco come certi posti possano ricevere l'abilitazione ad esercitare. Non abbiamo chiamato i vigili solo perché era tardi e avevamo assoluto bisogno di trovare un alloggio dove passare la notte. Siamo scappati a gambe levate. Da evitare assolutamente Forced to put a star. Horrible, surreal place. In the rooms it smells of sewage and insecticide. Full of cockroaches and incredibly dirty. Too bad not being able to attach photos and videos. On the ground floor there is an inhabited apartment where the tenants, heavy smokers, are perpetually with open doors and are dressed as if they were alone. I don't understand how certain places can be licensed to practice. We didn't call the brigade just because it was late and we absolutely needed to find accommodation to spend the night. We ran away. To be avoided absolutely

The property has zero security measures and the facilities are really poor. Bad smells all around the apartment and the bed is really old and stinks like sh*t. If you really care about yourself never consider this apartment at all!!!!
