★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno riaperto di recente dopo le ferie estive. Sembra che abbiano appena assunto qualche infame oppure qualcuno di loro si è venduto ai soliti noti, motivo per il quale sono stato male subito dopo aver mangiato il loro pane.
Spero per loro che almeno ne sia valsa la pena...
They recently reopened after the summer holidays. It seems that they just hired some infamous or some of them sold out to the usual suspects, which is why I was sick immediately after eating their bread.
I hope for them that at least it was worth it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori forni dell'intero Salento. Farine di qualitá e grande esperienza sono i principali punti di forza di questo esercizio. Tutto ottimo ma meritano un menzione speciale le pucce con le olive e le focacce farcite.
Merita una visita
One of the best ovens in the whole of Salento. Quality flours and great experience are the main strengths of this business. All excellent but the pucce with olives and stuffed focaccia deserve a special mention.
