★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff and great mojitos. We tried the ginger mojito and the coconut mojito. Both excellent. It's a very cool bar inside, but the best bit is you can drink out in the alleyway, theres steps and seats to sit in, or you can wander with your takeaway (not plastic!) cups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is out of this world. Seriously... They serve 15 variations of mojitos that they prepare in the most professional way. Couple that with the fact that they are in Polignano a Mare and after a couple of their specialty of mojitos you will reach your Nirvana. Really: go try them out!
