E' possibile scegliere tra menù fisso (28€) comprensivo di antipasti con ottimi salumi, primi, secondi, acqua, vino, dolce, caffè e grappa oppure scegliere due formule più economiche. Portate abbondanti e sapori autentici. Assolutamente consigliato. Rustic setting in the middle of the green, perfect for a lunch under a pergola with a unique view. It is possible to choose between a fixed menu (€ 28) including appetizers with excellent cold cuts, first courses, second courses, water, wine, dessert, coffee and grappa or choose two cheaper formulas. Bring abundant and authentic flavors. Absolutely recommended.

La cucina, ottima, prevede un menu fisso (poiché usano le materie prime dell’azienda agricola di proprietà) che spazia dagli antipasti con salumi di propria produzione e svariate verdurine, bis di primi con sughi dal sapore autentico e un super arrosto girato dal sapore inimitabile che riporta indietro negli anni (alle antiche tradizioni contadine) e del fritto di pollo e coniglio senza pastella davvero difficili da trovare. Il tutto è accompagnato da un buon vino rosso ed il pasto si conclude con cantucci e vinsanto. Il panorama che da’ sulle Balze è unico. Rustic and family atmosphere. The excellent cuisine includes a fixed menu (since they use the raw materials of the owned farm) which ranges from appetizers with cured meats of its own production and various vegetables, encores of first courses with authentic-flavored sauces and a super roast shot with flavor inimitable that takes you back over the years (to the ancient peasant traditions) and fried chicken and rabbit without batter really hard to find. All this is accompanied by a good red wine and the meal ends with cantucci and vinsanto. The view overlooking the Balze is unique.

Simpatico assai il ragazzo del servizio. Mi segno questo ristoro perché mi ha davvero soddisfatto! Had a great lunch, very well recommended to opt for an appetizer of cured meats and pickles, as well as delicious spaghetti with rabbit sauce. The service boy is very nice. I sign this refreshment because it really satisfied me!

Ho pranzato con mio marito sotto la pergola, su un bel tavolaccio di legno, apparecchiato apposta per noi con una tovaglia di stoffa damascata. Siamo stati accolti cordialmente nonostante una festa in corso. Ci siamo affidati al gestore che ha servito pietanze ottime, un ricco e gustoso antipasto con salumi e sott'oli casalinghi, spaghettoni con ragù di coniglio. Porzioni generose. Dolce classico con cantucci e vin santo e caffè di moka. Ottimo e nei calmi tempi giusti il servizio al tavolo. Conto finale onestissimo. Si sente che qui chi lavora lo fa per passione. I had lunch with my husband under the pergola, on a beautiful wooden table, set especially for us with a damask cloth tablecloth. We were warmly welcomed despite a party going on. We relied on the manager who served excellent dishes, a rich and tasty appetizer with homemade salami and pickles, spaghetti with rabbit ragout. Generous portions. Classic dessert with cantucci and vin santo and mocha coffee. The table service is excellent and in the right times. Very honest final account. One feels that those who work here do it for passion. Better than this?!?!

M	Maxim Mamin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic selection of Tuscany food at affordable price - the full menu costs just 25 € per person and includes antipasti variety, delicious pasta, selection of grilled chicken, rabbit, pork and beef meet accompanied by fried potatoes and zucchini, big bottles of house red and whites as well as dessert vin santo and Tuscany sweet cakes. We enjoyed the farmer stay atmosphere of this restaurant several times during our vacation in Pian Di Sco. The only minus - the food starts at 20.30 so if you have small kids, they may be tired later in the evening.

Doesn’t speak english. response to the owner: I do speak some Italian and I tried to order la birra and il vino. The only person there only responded with mangare, mangare on all our attempts to communicate also in Italian. When outside was a sign with many drinks. We walked the CAI 51 route and we were not hungry at the moment. I’m not angry with world and I am not angry with you. I’m having a wonderful vacation in Italy. But if you refuse to serve drinks only during the day, fellow hikers have the right to know this information so they don’t walk the extra km’s outside/to the uphill town. I leave positive reviews as well, it’s a pity you try to personally insult me and/oror say I only complain to negate this negative review. Ciao! Ps You do see the irony of not wanting to serve drinks to us on an empty terrace, blaming it on my bad Italian, but still do all the effort with translation apps now to respond to the review in English? We have communicated with very friendly and hospitable Italian people the last week with our hands and mobile phone to communicate with 100% succes.
