Non importa quante volte chiamate ci sarà sempre qualcuno a dirti che non è lui ad occuparsi del vostro progetto e vi inviterà a richiamare tutte le volte. Le poche volte che ottieni una risposta diversa, dopo circa 3/4 telefonate nella stessa giornata, ti diranno di non preoccuparsi che arriverà presto tutto per mail, una mail che ovviamente non arriverà mai. Una volta scrissi loro un lamentela per mail e solo in quel caso ottenni una risposta nell'arco di 6 minuti dove si giustificavano ulteriormente per il mio progetto nemmeno iniziato a distanza di un mese, tutte le altre mail inerenti al progetto misteriosamente perse da filtro anti-spam, secondo quello che mi hanno detto. Classica storia all'italiana: professionlità zero. L'unica giustificazione che mi hanno dato è quella che "senza preventivo non si può continuare", che è una cosa normale, se solo non fosse che questo preventivo non è mai arrivato nonostante le richieste da più di un mese. In più mi hanno provato a dare la colpa del tutto perchè dopo un mese non sono riuscito ad andare in negozio da loro, nel 2019 dove qualsiasi cosa è risolvibile via mail per questo genere di lavoro. Plus they tried to blame me completely because after a month I couldn't go to the store with them, in 2019 where anything can be solved by email for this kind of work.
