Per i libri scolastici promettono i brevi tempi di consegna e invece bisogna aspettare 2 mesi l'arrivo dei libri.
 They are soooo slow. If the saleswoman does not know how to respond to the customer's request, she ignores it.
For school books they promise short delivery times and instead you have to wait 2 months for the books to arrive.
