Negozio che si approfitta della situazione COVID. Munita di scontrino fiscale non mi hanno cambiato un prodotto,che non era stato nemmeno scartato! Scusa..il covid,allego foto...prodotto che poteva essere cambiato con un altro tranquillamente, considerato anche il PREZZO ASSURDO,6 euro per delle MINI bustine per confetti....ripeto mai aperte e scartate,pagate e tenute un giorno nella busta per poi riportarle. Seconda cosa è quella che mi ha fatto maggiormente arrabbiare la SCORTESIA di una ragazza che come spesso succede si pensa di essere importante perché dietro alla cassa. Forsa per lei non ero una buona cliente non valeva ala pena essere gentile con me trovare una soluzione!Voto ZERO NON TORNERO MAI PIU.

Sorry..the covid, I enclose a photo ... product that could easily be changed with another, also considering the ABSURD PRICE, 6 euros for MINI sachets for sugared almonds .... I repeat never opened and discarded, paid and kept one day in the envelope and then bring them back. Second thing is the one that made me the most RUDE of a girl who, as often happens, is thought to be important because behind the counter. Forsa was not a good customer for her, it was not worth being kind to me to find a solution! ZERO rating I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
