★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinando un palloncino per il compleanno di mia figlia ad una signora distratta dal cellulare ( ho dovuto attendere dieci minuti prima di avere la possibilità di fare il mio ordine, senza che ci fosse nessuno oltre a me) , al ritiro la signora avendo sbagliato gli anni , 3 al posto di 2 , mi ha accusato di essere fuori di testa. Arrogante e maleducata .
Ordering a balloon for my daughter's birthday to a lady who was distracted by her cell phone (I had to wait ten minutes before I was able to place my order, without anyone but me), on pickup the lady having wrong years , 3 instead of 2, accused me of being out of my mind. Arrogant and rude.
